Pros

The brand name and the benefits are really good. The products are good as well. Other than that, it's not a rosy picture.

Cons

The company is shedding employees like dogs shed hair. Long-term employees are being replaced by young-un's, literally just out of college, who have no clue how business works or how to talk to customers.

They have a solid supply chain team in place in EAME with knowledgeable people who are passionate about supply chain and procurement.

Cons

The chemical industry is very tough and unless you are truly a chemical entity like BASF or seed wizard like Monsanto you may become a potential target for takeover.
