      Pros

      Good possibilities to work on projects, nice people to work with, good location, interesting and vibrant environment, very international and goal oriented.

      Cons

      Not everyone speaks english which can sometimes be a constraint if you are international. At times needs clearer outline of tasks. Should be better possibilities for advancement, and additional work opportunities.

      Creating employment in India for leveraging Cost Advantage 14-Billion US$D in 14 years by accruing various companies pay OK Competitive environment Difficult to think of more pros.

      Cons

      Loyalty or performance doesn't matter what matter is "Boss ka Spoon Hero" e.g book meeting room for your boss, Sit in office till your boss is sitting in office etc . Leadership is not very clear what they want achieve Team work or collaborations is question for Syngenta-GDC? They hired for A Job and then they tell you to do B Job (Have fun) Play's with people careers Place for people who enjoy Politics e.g who is talking to whom and y. Fresher please don't join they will make you good for nothing. No work life balance

      Pros

      The benefits are unheard of in this day and age.Training and room for advancement (if you want to relocate) are available and encouraged. The pay is OK, better than most companies.

      Cons

      The company's switch to outsourcing HR, AP made doing the job a lot more difficult. There is no HR presence at most sites. Communication throughout the company could be better.
