      It's ambition to build food security n overall employee benefits. Company has truly multinational culture with good leadership on board. Work life balance is truly valued with great focus on employee's development n career

      Too many changes recently is causing uncertainty. Too many news on companies merger too is making environment restless. Company needs to value more than partners
