Business Outlook
Pros
The pay was nice in the beginning. Most people were nice to work with. Learned something new everyday. Nice that this company has a lot of company events.
Cons
Management did not do their job in order to show employees the respect they deserve. I felt that due to seniority some individuals pretty much ran the show, even though they were not in a MANAGEMENT position. After receiving a raise management change job descriptions that entailed way more work than the pay was worth. Office cliques are unacceptable to me but were very alive at Sygenta.
