      Senior Management Team in crop protection site in Switzerland

      Pros

      Close knit team, professionals in the agro-chemical production, close to operators, very family-like atmosphere. Beautiful place (mountains, landscape, town).

      Cons

      Scared middle management will take their jobs. Senior Management team constantly quarelling with HQ Basel. Don't want to accept change. Remote site with old habits.

      Good work-life balance. There is a strong company culture of thinking like a grower and feeding the world. Cross boundaries work are strong.

      Cons

      Very little opportunities to grow. Attention given on creating your network inside of the company instead of job performance.
