      Pros

      1. it does it all type of work, like small scale, large scale (kilo lab) and development new agrochemicals and also does biological testing of the compounds. 2. paid good salary to the employee.

      Cons

      1. Limited only in agrochemicals. It would be great if it has other other brunches for doing research in pharma.

      Freedom to work, opportunity to express own potential, creating capability to deliver result, moving resposibly towards society, moving towards solution provider from input provider, believing in partnership, addressing pain point base solution to global growers, strong R&D and chemistry to support growth ambition

      Cons

      I don't find any downside while working with syngenta, off course we need to create balance work life . Sometimes decisions are little bit late but worth to wait.
