The people at Syniverse are genuinely human, decent people -- a rare quality in the workplace nowadays. Sure, there is always a bad apple here or there, but overall I was impressed by how nice and supportive everyone was. Everyone is really knowledgeable and ready to share their knowledge to help you learn.

Cons

The technical folks are severely overworked. They are working too many hours, have too many projects, and are burning out.
