very good bonus package for the less-experienced. assumed lots of different types of responsibility if you want that for your early career. Good place to learn about IP network and file-storage. great location in central Taipei (lots of choice for lunch).

Cons

no work culture for a start-up (then). lots of politics/hierarchy for a flat organization, no professional growth after your 1st/2nd position. management lacks experience to develop employees and can be abusive at times to threaten your annual bonus. no KPI just mere opinion NAS market is being displaced by cheaper/faster cloud, something to think about for this industry. After working there for two years, I realized the position is just a "Glorified Customer Support", should have left a lot sooner.
