Young and dynamic place to work

Pros

The average employee age is quite young--less than 30 years old--so it makes for a young and energetic environment. Also, because it's so tough to get your foot in the door, you are mostly surrounded by other bright, creative people. The year-end bonus is quite good, and management is pretty open to hearing your ideas. You can be fairly autonomous; while there are frequent meetings, management tends to go with whatever you think and trust your opinion.

Cons

As is typical for the area, hours are long, unpaid overtime is expected, there is no compensation for missed holidays, and there are less chances for you to work outside your given responsibilities and pick up new skills.
