Coming from someone with no tech sales background, you will learn a lot and if you perform at a high level, can translate to a higher paying role outside of Synology.

Cons

No real KPIs - goals keep getting changed by upper management. No real mentors within the organization. Very reactive focused organization, no real go-to-market strategies nor way to create a sound one.

Upper management and middle management are finicky and can never reach a conclusion until it is very close to the deadline, which leaves everyone else who is actually executing the campaigns scrambling like ants.
