      - Well established and stable company with very smart and kind people - Solid benefit/perk offerings - Synopsys corp strives to implement and maintain positive company culture elements, but adoption across divisions is varied.

      Cons

      -Often bump into red tape internally/externally with over-engineered processes and procedures, especially with things like IT. -Hard to influence or advocate for yourself compensation, raise, and bonus wise. A bit of a "it is what it is" mindset. - Middle management to divisional leaders could do a better job at building company culture by emulating through their own actions rather than words of support.
