Pros
Synopsys was a great company to work for because, improvement, exclusivity, and advancement are the key philosophies as an employee. I've experienced the growth and changes over a sixteen year tenure and I've witness the efforts of collaboration constantly instituted. Nothing is perfect but Synopsys' leaders were always willing to put just as much thought and effort into the moral and teams as into the newest technologies and advancements.
Cons
To best accomplish a secure position with the best opportunities for growth with Synopsys, it is advised to be centrally located near or at one of the corporate offices. Remote opportunities are not exactly dependable.
