      Pros

      Synopsys is a period of transformation... but not because it needs to go from bad to good. But because its proactively looking to go from great to great n+1. It's an exciting place to be!

      Cons

      It is a company that has a lot of long tenured people, so sometimes change is hard. But we are slowly getting there and new energy at the leadership level is helping to do so.

      Amazing leadership- both new and tenured have their priorities straight and are awesome people. Chairman, CEO, CFO, CPO, CRO, CMO and Tech GM's are super people. Huge growth trajectory New CEO driving for excellence, stellar operations, customer success and revenue growth Incredibly technology drives innovation at every level

      Org is going through a lot of transformation and related growing pains. Talent, investors and other externals don't always understand how truly critical and exciting this industry really is.
