The work here is Challenging and interesting, with new problems to solve every week. You get a chance with customers working on latest electronic designs

Cons

There is a never ending work load with little time for any innovation. Personal life suffers in most cases. The entire industry is 6 billion dollars so don't expect dot com like business growth
