      Carrer development and recognition deplorable

      Pros

      Relaxed and welcoming environment. Defying projects, interesting to start learning after college. Working at a leading company is interesting but only for hardware engineers.

      Cons

      Being a newly graduate or an older employee is the same, regarding salary and rank level. Top level management doesn't care about product quality. The work is dull and the most important projects goes not necessarily to the person most indicated or most experienced for the job. As software engineer most of the times you have to deal with mistakes and errors made at hardware level, but attributed to software.

      Pros

      generally a friendly work environment; the company tries to care for the employees in general and is reasonably flexible to meet employee's personal life needs. Very technical tries to hire the best.

      Cons

      no growth -- a dead end job from that perspective. Management is very technical but lacks leadership and management skills. A very top-down structure. Too much red tape at times.
