      1. As a R&D Engineer, one will get introduced to an exhaustive range of work in SRAM design which provides a strong platform

      1. Since synopsys is a IP provider, it is majorly driven by the customer demands which directly affects the employees. This means long working hours, working on weekends. 2. Below average compensation. 3. Management in the SG is not qualified enough. 4. Highly under-resourced.
