      Pros

      Well structured internship with specific projects for each of the interns in my group. Enjoyed working with my team on projects and taking on challenges

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt like the work environment was kind of dull. Not that it is bad but the culture is very old school, and there is a big age gap between employees

      Pros

      Synopsys is a great company with great benefits. They do well with trying to constantly innovate and do push their employees to write patents, papers, etc.

      Cons

      The problem is they can sometimes put you in a silo and expect you to do the same tasks year after year. This static repetition does not lead to professional or personal growth.
