      Pros

      Very flexible working time. You can come company anytime you want as long as you finish your assignment. There is no pressure in office. Most of people can finish their job 3 hours a day. So there is no need to work overtime.

      Cons

      You can't learn anything new. The business is too stable and the growth of the company is very slow. Not a good place for anyone who has ambition.

      good work environment and culture flexible working style global exposure opportunities great high level management very high quality personnel management recognise achievements local/global travel opportunities

      Cons

      growing fast and process and infrastructure is showing the strain staff cuts mean ever increasing workload and longer hours needs a structural reorganization to cope with the major acquisitions which have taken place.. product groupings/responsibilities seem confused
