Won scholarship for my Post-Grad as part of the Inclusion and Diversity program when I was an Intern. I have been working in synopsys since a year and half . I joined here since July 2018 in Embedded Memory Design team . Synopsys is a company where we can implement our theoretical knowledge and it is a very good platform to learn and build a good career . The Team is very supportive and collaborative . Here you can find the equal priority to an intern and FTE. Even Intern will be assigned to live projects so that they can learn a lot while working . If you are really passionate about the work you are doing, here in synopsys you can improve your technical as well as behavioral skills like ownership, responsibility, time management , smart work . It is a great place to work and learn. Every year Synopsys Comes up with new programs to encourage and motivate the employees. This year , synopsys came up with a new program called SEEDS (Scholarship for Educating and Enabling diversity at synopsys). I won the SEEDS award for the year 2019.
