Pros
SNPS is a good place to start a career or before going to retirement. Here you have a chance to meet quite good professionals, and learn many spheres related to new technologies at once. Also, there is family (parents', spouse, kids <21yo) health insurance.
Cons
Most of the time, the onboarding process is not organised; you should find and learn all materials by yourself (this doesn't apply to all teams). Sometimes there is a toxic atmosphere and toxic competition between employees, especially between 2 different sites. Slow position or salary rise. Recently, there was a huge layoff.
