Pros
Flexible working hours, not even minimum hours to work is fixed, just we need to meet our work targets. the employers and managers are very friendly and help us in all ways possible. instead of being very competitive environment , it has a unique environment of working and achieving better -> together.
Cons
In relation to initial compensation it is little less as compared to other companies , but the environment an other thing s are far more satisfactory than anyone else. moreover no proper fooding facilities given by the company.
