      Pros

      Synopsys has very stable base and working in company is not much stressful. But depending on the group the atmosphere in the group varies. There are benefits as health insurance, some learning courses, etc.

      Cons

      Salary increase and position change is hardly to achieve. The increase in salary during the year is pretty small. As the company is too big it's hard to make smth outstanding and become visible for high management.
