      Pros

      The technology the company develops is top notch - industry leading in fact. It's leadership is incredibly smart, and overall corporate values are genuine. The company is loyal to it's long time employees.

      Cons

      There's a serious culture divide within the SIG business group, a byproduct of growing by acquisition. Although there seems to be an almost un-reparable divide following the latest acquisition and merger of organizations.
