      Pros

      Comfortable working place and friendly co-workers. Chances to know and develop new technologies. Good managers and directors, who are very considerate over the employees.

      Cons

      The department I am currently in is a little bit lack of challenge in terms of the projects I am working on. Work load is a little bit high to me due to lack of resources.
