      Large, stable, EDA company Good Work Life balance

      No innovation and No technology in IT still using old legacy tools limited opportunity to growth People don't get recognition even after their hard work Do not ever join at a junior level... very few growth opportunities Management brings in their buddies or family members as Peers instead of promoting employees

      Good work-life balance. Good office culture.

      Cons

      Pay is less than market reference. Environment encourages deterministic thinking. Employees who work hard get more work but may not get more pay. Employees who worked in a relaxed way are left untouched.
