      Good place for gaining initial experience not much place to grow

      Pros

      Big international company with numerous ways to learn new things and connect with people. It is working in the edge of modern technology.

      Cons

      There is not much place to grow after 5-6 years. Job responsibilities are fixed team tasks are repetitive. Probably changing departments can help but not much. Small salary increases.
