      Pros

      Very stable, Lot's of opportunities to grow, customers are treated very well. Values and ethics of the leadership are unquestionable. Leadership with a technical background is perfect for a tech company. Career growth is possible with the right initiative.

      Cons

      Culture of too many meetings and e-mails: engineering works gets compromised. "Difficult" customers are tolerated. Sometimes leadership is too conservative. Lay offs on good times also.

      Very nice work place and management. Stable place in terms of hiring . Decent learning curve

      no great support for higher education in technical. Monetary growth serious bottleneck and not uniform
