Pros
Money. The pay is good and the company has plenty of cash to spend on projects and infrastructure. The company has made a few very successful strategic choices in the past which have led to it becoming the industry leader. Hopefully this will continue.
Cons
Too many managers, not enough leadership. Too many meetings, too much talking, not enough thinking. A few major clients get preferential treatment, the rest get the leftovers.
