      Synopsys is a very a stable working environment. It offers competitive benefit and flexibility for life and work balance. Overall, it is good bof people lokking for stability.

      Cons

      There is very limited room for growth at Snopsys. Most of the promotions are based on seniority and loyalty rather than performance excellence and innovation and wokring momentum.
