      Top notch teams, innovative work, finished there 2017

      Pros

      This company is doing cutting edge work in a few areas, but I worked in their main EDA (electronic design automation) business lines. They are the world leader in this space, and learning how make their software sign, is a big plus for a future in ASIC design world. Their Application Consultant team was reverred, however, did see cuts (which is where I left), so I can't speak to how strongly they currently support their customers.

      Cons

      Some difficulty enabling smaller niche software in terms of how they recognize deals and the P&L of the divisions. Somewhat too siloed for ideal growth of staff.
