      Growth, not too many opportunities to grow your skills. EDA is a small industry, so not too many options with the work experience as well.

      Pros

      Good Benefits. Depending on the team - interesting projects and challenging tasks. Flexible work schedule. Usually the teams consist of 20% highly skilled employees, 20% interns, 20% descent employees and 40% - people who's main job is to come late, have a lot of coffee breaks, and leave the earliest. Those usually complain the most. Well-defined work-flow. Fully covered business trips from time to time.

      Cons

      You get lazy working there. People who happen to enter the company earlier with a salary close to the average one at that time get stuck around the same salary for years! As a result, people who gave their heart and soul to the company end up being paid less than a fresh-new-guy who's just arrived (Yes! Less!). Too much bureaucracy.
