      Pros

      As EDA vendor, it's in a core place within this IC industry. So if you're a beginner or you're tired of bunch of projects schedule deadline, this is good position to learn a lot from methodology, design flow and a wide range of its customers - the whole IC industry.

      Cons

      Lack of hands on experience on design projects. Pressure from customer side. Large scale enterprise disease.

      Synopsis provide good salary and good exposure to new technology for the desreving candidates. The work culture here demonstrate a good team support environment.

      In terms of cons we can say that employees below SMCS level are not give restricted stock units even when the employee have a good rating and the business unit is really doing good.
