      -Good work, keep you busy all the time -Opportunity to learn more

      Cons

      -Salary growth is less as compared to other companies around -Work keeps coming to sincere people so their work life balance goes -Lazy people get less work and can escape :) -Less recognition to hard working people -You can shine very bright with just one good project even if u have not done anything throughout the years
