      Great place to work for from the company's stability perspective with bit of imperfections from growth point of view.

      Pros

      Very stable financially, no layoffs as such. Keeps very tight measures from processes perspective. Rewards very high achievements only.

      Cons

      Very slight chances of going up the ladder. Need to be in very good rapo with management to achive growth. Lesser paying compared to the counterparts.

      There are many challenges and technique to learn from Synopsys. The managements are nice to give a space for our work.

      The document need be improved such that new hire and RD assigned new field's project can catch up early.
