Pros
The company culture is great! Many opportunities to be promoted within and recognized for your hard work and achievements. Management is there for you in every step of the way in coaching and helping you with anything you need. One thing in my old 4 companies missing is HR support and friendliness, which you can feel at Synopsys. I am highly happy with HR at Synopsys. HR team here does lot of background check when they hire people, especially while hiring managers, which is very important for a TEAM.
Cons
They are not best in terms of Pay when it comes to our group, but i am not too much concerned about it. I don't see much of knowledge sharing across Groups.
