      Pros

      The colleagues are hard working, professional people that provided you with quick responses to questions. They are some of the smartest people that I have had the pleasure of working with in the last few years.

      Cons

      Sometimes the deadlines were difficult to meet,. Since they are always improving their product, there is a high expectation to deliver exceptional quality work in a short period of time.

      good work culture, company has stable financials

      Cons

      doesnt pay well. you dont have lot of companies in EDA domain so dont have much options when you want to switch

      - Flexible working hours - Lot of challenging things to do, and learn, if you are interested - Not much pressure to work day and night (but enough work to do if you wan to work day and night) - Very stable company, good job security

      Cons

      - Growing in the company takes its own time - incentives are small for taking extra challenges
