      Solid company to work for with many success oriented colleagues

      Pros

      Industry leader, financially solid, with a stable executive management team. CEO Aart is viewed as industry visionary and is extremely well respected within the employee ranks. Co-CEO Chi Foon is very approachable and is always willing to have open discussions with rank and file employees. Almost all the people that you work with are very customer success driven and the company consistently outperforms the competition and successfully grows the business.

      Cons

      Company is in an extremely cost driven, commodity market. Customer expectations have created an unhealthy 24/7 environment. All levels of management are under high pressure to grow business while reducing expenses.

      Pros

      a good company for people who enjoy a nice working environment. The tempo is slow and it's less stressful to work here. Plus colleagues and managers are pretty nice here. Work load is distributed evenly and so does awards.

      Cons

      not recommended for young graduates who seek opportunities to climb their career ladders quickly because you'll find a bunch of senior guys above you waiting to be promoted.
