      Pros

      - Using the best-in-class professional tools, software - A lot of learning opportunity - from both company internal resources, as well as external paid sources - Friendly environment, special tools are there to help team members learn more about each other and find the best ways of interaction - Flexible hours/ work from home opportunity if needed

      Cons

      - The Company is rather big and with so many management layers, that sometimes you feel lost and cannot clearly see your own role/ or where you and your team are going - Salary increase rather slow
