      Initially fabulous, but aquisitions have changed company culture and industry is flat.

      Work with sharp people. Sharing of ideas promotes learning. State of the art infrustucture helps in day to day problem resolution.

      Cons

      Proximity affects job satisfaction. Remote sites are more limited in speed of learning and resolving problems since we can't walk next door to discuss with R&D and or network with code writers. The local customers you support have a direct impact on your opportunities to work on high profile projects which lead to visibility and promotional opportunities.
