      EDA leader manages employees properly - good work-life balance has some yoga/ fitnesss programs which not many companies [in EDA] have,

      Cons

      being a leader, company seems to have to gone into complacency... [may be,,,, bcoz it has become big in size] since company knows it is a leader, that could be a reason why pay raises have stopped
