      The company has talented, experienced, innovative, diligent people and reasonably good benefits. Working from home can be arranged.

      Cons

      Depending on the teams, some positions may require long hours to work across teams with different time zones. The so-called unlimited ETO (taking time off as needed and approved by the manager) replacing FTO (specified flexible vacation time) can be tricky to both the approving manager and the requesting employee.
