      Smallish team sizes (3-8), 1 manager, 2-3 team leads, rest senior or entry engineers Diverse domains, opportunity for lateral movement based on interest Product-based, so no idle time for long, good to keep sharp Relations with both MNCs (Intel, Samsung, TSMC) and local service-based contractors, useful exposure

      Bhubaneswar is a new location, facilities like kitchen, game room are lacking Mgmt doesnt organize get-togethers though budget is given/quarter Salaries could be higher, based on the past/projected revenue for IP execution and delivery
