      Good technology, can deliver great work is allowed to work in peace.

      Cons

      Customer Information and Experience Group – Bangalore (Central Office). Toxic Leadership, High Attrition, Culture of Fear. Led by the Snr. Dir. marked by favoritism, gossip, & a yes-only environment. Dissenters are isolated &pressured to resign. Divide-and-rule is the norm. Attrition is ~20%, with constant hiring. Talented employees have left; only those lacking skills to move on remain. No space for growth, respect, or innovation. Avoid if you value psychological safety and career development.

      Well structured and good onboarding process. Acceptable salary. Really good infrastructure to work. Work life balance is great

      Not so remote friendly. Benefits are not the best comparing to other companies.
