      Pros

      At the time of joining, you will be promised a lot. Company may pay a good CTC as well.

      Cons

      Worst culture after most Upper management changed. Employees are always in fear of job. Management have sold their multiple decisions recently and no one is sure, which one will be next. Once sold, your CTC will immediately decline. Never ever join.
