      Good salary and benefits. Great people as co-workers

      Cons

      Not the best healthcare benefit. Also, spun off Black Duck cancelling all unvested equity to the individual employees. Clearly timed the sale to maximize shares to be cancelled and thereby saving Synopsys huge dollars at the expense of the employees
