Annoying company culture (typical hypocritical mindset) but not the worst, and at least the colleagues are sane and don't get brainwashed. Both offices are in a really bad location. You will need a car. Management and HR are insensitive to theissues from employees, nothing gets done. Work is very deorganized, it lacks structure, probably because it relies mostly on people working there for 15+ years. Documentation is poor, training in non existent. Work can be chaotic dependent on the team. 3 days mandatory to the office with no flexibility.
