      Above average salary and flexible schedule , Average to good benefits

      Cons

      If you want a job in EDA consider looking Mentor Graphics or Cadence Design first. Unlimited time off stinks and not very popular, poor upper management that been they too long, layoffs every single year, lack of any serious Innovations, limited career opportunities.
