      I like the color purple..so thats cool.

      If you are interviewing for this company RUN! I came on board through the Ansys acquisition and Synopsys has continuously ruined every good thing that existed at Ansys. Senior leadership has horrific communication skills, they have no long term vision, and they consistently say one thing and do another. All of this on top of layoffs, creates the most miserable work environment full if uncertainty and anxiety.

      Stable market leader. Solid Leadership. Strong ethics and work culture. For the most part, wonderful team of people to work with.

      Cons

      Due to competing projects and very tight deliverables, work-life balance takes a hit sometimes. But the job has been rewarding despite of challenges.
