They offer schedule flexibility, are incredibly family friendly (I've had two maternity leaves while working here), and the people are friendly and wonderful to work with and for.

Cons

The commute to downtown takes me a while.

Great people at the individual contributor level. Fun to work with and solve problems together.

Cons

Executive leadership has no problem breaking promises. I was asked to go above and beyond on a project and promised a bonus if I was able to hit/exceed goals. I met every goal, was given verbal and written recognition, but the bonus never came. I worked on getting my money for 6 months then decided to leave the company. Too bad - good people at the engineer level - executives just are not trustworthy.
