      Pros

      Day shift Will allow me to continue coaching little league baseball and pee wee football and I will be able to attend my Masonic meetings

      Cons

      Not sure what the downside of things will be;but I don't think it will be a problem for me to adjust

      Pros

      You get to work with good people. The loyal customer base is full of great people to get to know.

      Cons

      VERY political. It is now owned by an investment firm that has NO idea how to run a manufacturing business. They want high end manufacturing without spending money to maintain or upgrade machinery.
